Responsibility
- Support sales team with customer documentation.
- Coordinating guiding monitoring and motivating the sales team performance.
- Assist in developing tools and procedures to streamline work processes in a fastpaced environment.
- Data Analysis Prepare and analyze Sales Reports for a growing agile sales team.
- Compose and prepare correspondence sales reports quotations and documents using Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Schedule support and attend sales meetings.
- General office duties.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint Excel Word (Vlook Up) is MUST have.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and followthrough.
- Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
