Job Description
- Coordinate sales team lead generation on a weekly basis as per the sales lead generation target.
- Schedule and be part of team sales call and presentation based on the leads generated and lead generation/call ratio.
- Coordinate team site inspection as per the call/inspection ratio.
- Ensure all relevant document are uploaded to the client account on the CRM.
- Training sales team member on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Plan and execute new product launch and related activities and provide support for the Corporate Communications team
- Conduct periodic project specific research about current or future products to guide on product design pricing and sales.
Requirements
- 6 8 years work experience
- Must have worked within the real estate industry with at least 23 years proven experience before current employment
- Previous experience selling luxury of high ticket real estate or related product
