We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Sales/Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our social media management services to clients who are purchasing ads on platforms such as Facebook TikTok Twitter and other media platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills a deep understanding of social media advertising and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients who are purchasing ads on Facebook TikTok Twitter and other media platforms.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Present and demonstrate the value of our social media management services to potential clients.
Understand clients needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and strategies for business growth.
Customer Service and Followup:
Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure continuous improvement of services.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in sales business development or a related role within a digital marketing agency.
Proven track record of successful sales and business development achievements.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising (Facebook TikTok Twitter etc..
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Thai and English is preferred.
6 days annual leave; 30 days sick leave; commission 35
