Job Description
No experience in lemon law is required as we will provide training.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues. Draft legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs.
Represent clients in court including depositions hearings and trials. Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop legal strategies and arguments.
Manage multiple cases and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
In good standing with the CA bar.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
