Job Title: Customer Service Executive(B2B)

Salary: 200000 Gross
Job Description:
Develop and manage relationships with existing business clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with products and services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer support.
Actively engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer solutions that enhance their experience and loyalty.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Personal Care Cosmetics Nutraceuticals Pharmaceuticals or Consumer Brands.
Bachelor’s Degree (Nursing Pharmacy or a medicalrelated field is an advantage).
Must be presentable articulate and a selfstarter.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in client organizations.
