Job Description

On behalf of our client we are seeking a highly motivated and wellconnected B2B Sales Executive with proven experience in the safety footwear workwear or PPE industry. This role is pivotal in driving expansion within the workwear and safety footwear market leveraging strong industry relationships and sector expertise to accelerate growth.


This role involves a hybrid mix of clientfacing engagement and remote working ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong industry presence. If you have a proven track record in the safety footwear PPE or workwear industry we want to hear from you!

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Understands the specific demands of the safety footwear sector. The successful candidate will have an established network and industry presence enabling them to identify and engage key decisionmakers to drive business opportunities efficiently.

  • Can hit the ground running bringing in sales from day one.

  • Has deep knowledge of market trends in safety footwear including slipresistant and safety ratings technical requirements and price points.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy focused on safety and workwear footwear.

  • Utilize industry connections to generate business opportunities.

  • Travel to meet with distributors procurement teams and safety officers.

  • Conduct product training sessions for clients.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.


Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in safety footwear workwear or PPE.

  • Established industry network and strong relationships within relevant sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of safety footwear regulations and certifications.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel as part of the role.

  • Full clean Irish driver s licence.
