Following the successful launch of our Home Energy Upgrade division in 2021 bolstered by over 20 years of experience delivering cost and energy savings to clients nationwide we are delighted to have delivered >15% of the SEAI s One Stop Shop and CEG projects in 2024.
These have been a mixture of shallow renovations and deep retrofit projects with increased targets for 2025.
In line with our pipeline and projected sales targets we are now recruiting for several roles.
The ideal candidate will be a selfmotivator confident and personable with demonstrable sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities;
Business Development & Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and Agricultural sector for solar PV solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients building owners project developers and other stakeholders.
Working with our Solar team you will provide tailored solar energy solutions that meet customer energy financial and sustainability goals.
Sales Process Execution:
Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations in collaboration with engineering teams.
Present proposals to prospects
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience in the solar PV renewable energy or commercial energy solutions industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business solutions for clients.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Selfstarter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
