insightsoftware is looking for an experienced Sales Strategy & Compensation Analyst to be a key member of the Sales Compensation team. This role will report into the Director of Sales Compensation. This is a fully remote role.
What will you do
- Responsible for administering sales compensation plans for insightsoftwares worldwide sales organization
- Recognize areas for process improvements and help implement newer and more efficient processes
- Analyze sales quota and compensation results to help proactively manage the sales team
- Work directly with sales members and commissions team to track research and resolve compensation calculation inquiries
- Use analytical and quantitative techniques to assess sales compensation practices within the organization
- Analyze existing and proposed programs policies and practices to ensure they are compliant competitive and costeffective while aligning with company philosophy and supporting strategic objectives
- Create and maintain sales commission forcasting using your excellent excel skills
- Develop and maintain relationships with sales management and cross functional teams to support their organizations in delivering timely and accurate sales incentive calculations and reporting each pay period
- Assist in the crafting of current and future compensation plans

Qualifications :
- Expert level Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelors Degree preferably in accounting or related field
- 5 years of Sales Operations with a heavy emphasis on Sales Compensation practices
- Exceptional work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively
- Selfstarter who can take on responsibility with little oversight
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce and Incentive Management tools
- Experience with financial modeling
- Sales Compensation Design experience
