Position Summary:
This role involves performing indepth analyses to support the organizations compensation programs including tasks such as job classification salary determination processing pay increases and completing salary surveys. The position also assists in the development and execution of total rewards programs and other related projects. Acts as an advisor to management on compensationrelated issues job description development and department restructuring. Provides guidance to HR staff and Compensation Analysts conducts special projects and serves as a backup to leadership when needed.
