Key Accountabilities

  • Review transactions proposed for payments to ensure compliance with the internal controls & procedures.
  • Manage and execute payment processing through the bank portals for our international entities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in our Global Delivery Centers and internal teams including AP AR and GL to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
  • Monitor payment schedules to optimize cash flow
  • Assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Address payment queries and support audit requests.
  • Analyze payment processes for efficiency and recommend improvements.
  • Collect data and contribute to preparation of regular Cash Flow reports
  • Develop update and maintain standard operating and desktop procedures.
  • Participate in relevant projects including testing


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in treasury or payment processing.
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Advance Excel skills
  • Familiarity with bank portals
  • Ability to work in fastpaced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
