We are seeking a talented and experienced Compensation Analyst to join our HR team. The Compensation Analyst will play a critical role in developing implementing and administering our organizations compensation programs.
This individual will be responsible for conducting data analysis market research and creating competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends internal equity and company competitiveness to recommend and implement effective compensation strategies.
Design evaluate and administer jobspecific pay structures incentive programs and bonus plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Collaborate with HR business partners and stakeholders to provide datadriven insights and recommendations on compensationrelated matters.
Lead salary benchmarking and surveys to remain current with industry trends and best practices.
Develop and maintain compensation policies guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
Prepare reports and presentations on compensation trends performance metrics and budgetary impact for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Partner with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensationrelated transactions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs through data analysis and feedback mechanisms making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CCP PHR SPHR) preferred.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in compensation analysis salary administration or related HR function.
Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel HRIS systems) with a strong analytical mindset.
Solid understanding of compensation practices legislation and market trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail accuracy and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing compensationrelated challenges.
