Our client is a leading real estate company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop and implement sustainability strategies defining key priorities and roadmaps to align with business objectives.
Establish best practices and set measurable KPIs along with actionable plans to enhance sustainability initiatives.
Spearhead both internal and external communication efforts to promote the Companys sustainability agenda.
Foster a sustainabilitydriven culture through awareness campaigns workshops and educational programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with sustainability reporting requirements and industry standards.
Continuously review and refine company policies to uphold and strengthen sustainability commitments.
Oversee the Sustainability Report providing key updates on progress market trends and regulatory developments to the Board of Management.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Sustainability Environmental Science or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years experience in strategic sustainability management.
Strong understanding of MSCI ESG Ratings GRESB and green building regulations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and regions.
Strong presentation skills capable of effectively showcasing sustainability initiatives and achievements to various audiences.
