Opportunity Details
Working Location: Onsite Binh Thanh District Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
Working Time: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Monday Friday.
Employment Type: Permanent fulltime employment.
Compensation: Up to 550 USD gross per month
13thmonth salary and full social insurance coverage.
Meal allowance 50000 VND/day).

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the International Sales Manager.
Team Management Responsibility: No direct reports but collaboration with Sales Marketing and Logistics Teams is essential.
Role Purpose
The Sales Overseas Specialist will manage and grow relationships with international clients supporting business negotiations and ensuring smooth communication between the company and overseas partners. This role is critical in driving international sales growth maintaining brand consistency in global markets and optimizing client engagement strategies.
Main Objectives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients to drive business growth.
Ensure accurate and timely communication between internal teams and overseas partners.
Support business negotiations and contract management with international clients.
Analyze international sales trends and market opportunities to inform business strategies.
Responsibilities
Maintain and manage client databases and business information for brand and international partners.
Attend and summarize meetings with overseas partners ensuring effective followup actions.
Act as a liaison between executives and international clients facilitating smooth communication.
Identify establish and strengthen longterm relationships with international customers.
Support B2B sales activities including prospecting lead generation and contract negotiations.
Conduct market research to identify new international business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Marketing and Logistics) to align business objectives.
Provide regular reports on international business performance and client feedback.
Perform other assigned tasks as required by management.
MustHave Requirements
Education & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Trade Marketing or a related field.
Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
Strong proficiency in English (speaking writing reading and listening).
Basic knowledge of Korean is a plus.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) for reporting and documentation.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Previous experience working with international partners or in a Korean business environment.
Familiarity with export and international trade processes.
