Job Description

A fastgrowing VCbacked startup that has developed a technology that is disrupting the $300B market of traditional Architectural Services.
The platform is the first AIpowered SaaS solution for automating architectural layout planning & visualization. The mission is to help real estate professionals plan and visualize spaces for prospective tenants at light speed ultimately helping them close deals faster.

The Role
The Broker Relations Manager will oversee a portfolio of 40 accounts encompassing both owners and brokers. You'll be responsible for generating new revenue nurturing existing relationships and collaborating with internal teams (CS Product Marketing) to drive success from prospecting to contract closure. This position calls for highvolume agile sales management—you'll focus on multiple smaller deals that may be onetime or require reengagement over time.

Responsibilities
Manage a diverse book of owners and brokers serving as their primary contact.
Gain a deep understanding of each customer's needs usage patterns and challenges ensuring proactive support.
Identify leads within existing accounts and pursue account growth opportunities.
Negotiate contract terms handle renewals and close deals efficiently.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales Product etc. to ensure a coordinated approach.
Identify opportunities for improvement both in customer engagement and internal processes.

Who You Are
3–5 years of experience in Account Management Sales or Business Development in real estate or PropTech.
Demonstrated success managing highvolume portfolios and hitting growth targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills capable of engaging owners brokers and stakeholders at all levels.
A selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment juggling multiple deals without losing attention to detail.
Comfortable collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Experience with real estate technology is a plus.
