One of our clients is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a largescale modernization effort managing multiple projects technical leads and project managers. The selected candidate will develop and execute a cloud migration roadmap coordinate infrastructure and application upgrades and ensure all modernization efforts meet program objectives.
This position reports directly to the CIO and will be responsible for resource planning risk management project scheduling and ensuring program goals are met. Candidates must work onsite in Richmond VA every Tuesday and Wednesday.

- 8 years of experience managing largescale upgrade or modernization projects including both infrastructure and applications.
- 8 years of experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
- 8 years of experience working in a structured Project Management Office (PMO).
- 8 years of experience managing project scope risks and stakeholder engagement.
- 8 years of experience in schedule management including dependency tracking and risk mitigation.
- 8 years of experience in status reporting and executivelevel communications.
- 8 years of experience in budget management for largescale projects.
- Active PMP certification (Must Upload Copy of Certification with Submission).
