About this PositionAre you a strong leader with a passion for arts education As a Program Manager you will provide guidance to instructors maintain relationships with school administrators and ensure the success of arts programs across multiple schools. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students and instructors while developing leadership and program management skills.
Job Responsibilities- Provide guidance and leadership to Jr. Arts instructors.
- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators.
- Serve as a temporary classroom substitute when needed.
- Conduct classroom visits to observe instructors and student progress.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and classroom teachers.
- Conduct weekly oneonone checkins with instructors to provide support.
- Submit weekly reports on classroom observations teacher feedback and student progress.
- Support the Assistant Director with meetings notetaking and data entry.
- Assist with planning the endofprogram student art showcase.
