Key duties and responsibilities
The Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of largescale programs by managing schedules resources risks and stakeholders. Reporting to the Senior Executive Team the role ensures program alignment with strategic business objectives.
The Technical Program Management Office (TPMO) will provide centralised technical support functions through the standardisation of technical controls policies processes and provision of consistent governance and assurance.
The TPMO Governance and Control support team will review and allocate TPMO resources across MPI projects as required including attendance at project inception and project control group meetings.
MPI projects are to be delivered in accordance with the MPI TPMO Design Management Guide. The Guide will be provided to the Supplier as part of Work Order startup.
MPI has two centralised offices that support delivery of projects. They are the Technical Program Management Office (TPMO) and the System Delivery Management Office (SDMO).

Requirements
Essential criteria
Bachelors Degree in: IT and/or Engineering or related field.
Essential Skills
Leadership Level 4 12 years
Business Administration Level 4 12 years
Program and Project Management Level 4 12 years
Microsoft Projects JIRA or similar Level 4 12 years
Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Level 4 12 years

Monitor program performance and report on progress to senior management.

Oversee the work of project managers within the program.
Ensure resource allocation aligns with priorities.
Drive the adoption of program management best practices.
