Location: Lisbon Portugal
Position: Customer Advisor (French OR Dutch English)
What We are Looking For
- Fluency in French or Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and a customeroriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage various tools simultaneously
- A positive attitude and eagerness to provide the best service
- Availability to work on rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
Key Benefits
- Competitive Salary: 1200 euro per month
- Holiday and Christmas Bonuses: Equal to your base salary paid monthly as a percentage on top of your salary
- Holiday Entitlement: 22 days per year as per Portuguese law with the flexibility to take compensation days for public holidays by worked
