Job Description

  1. End to End Expatriate & Vendor Management
    1. Independently manage expatriate operations from onboarding to repatriation ensuring seamless execution.
    2. Oversee vendor management ensuring service quality compliance and cost effectiveness.
    3. Ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams (Payroll Tax HRIT Legal) and external service providers
  2. Visa & Immigration Compliance
    1. Oversee and manage work permits visa applications renewals and immigration compliance
    2. Ensure all mobility operations comply with immigration laws labor regulations and expatriate taxation
    3. Act as the primary contact for immigration authorities and external visa service providers
    4. Monitor and implement changes in immigration policies that impact expatriates.
  3. Compliance & Policy Adherence
    1. Ensure mobility operations align with global directives international assignment models and country specific policies
    2. Maintain compliance with social security requirements tax obligations and legal regulations
    3. Provide guidance on cost effective expatriate management balancing financial controls and compliance.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement & ProblemSolving
    1. Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs business leaders and expatriates resolving mobility related queries and challenges.
    2. Independently handle complex expatriate cases offering process driven solutions.
    3. Enhance expatriate experience through clear communication and seamless service execution.
  5. Process Optimization & Growth
    1. Continuously identify and implement improvements in mobility operations visa processes cost control and service efficiency
    2. Develop expertise in process standardization and process management to enhance operational excellence.
    3. Grow into a full Country Process Expert within 2 3 years taking on greater ownership of mobility frameworks and policies.

Qualifications :

  • 34 years working experience in International Mobility Global Mobility HR Shared Services or a related field.
  • Proven ability to independently manage expatriate operations including visa processing and immigration compliance
  • Strong foundation in mobility frameworks tax compliance vendor coordination and process improvement
  • Strong understanding of expatriate taxation immigration laws payroll and compliance
  • Experience in handling visa applications renewals and work permits
  • Hands on experience with HR systems (SAP or similar HRIS)
  • Posses strong analytical skills stakeholder management and solution oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
