Communities around the world are increasingly switching to electric vehicles which requires a new way of thinking about mobility and infrastructure. Owners of private electric cars need sufficient and effective charging infrastructure. How this infrastructure is provided and by whom is a complex balance between public and private sectors. Bus operators are also transitioning to EBuses requiring new operational considerations and infrastructure.

Your Role as International EMobility Specialist & Project Manager Smart Mobility:
You are experienced in leading worldclass transport planning and mobility projects in the AsiaPacific region with a focus on EMobility. You are motivated by the fast pace of change in emobility and the growing importance of transport to the quality of life in diverse communities. You are committed to staying at the forefront of industry best practice in this rapidly growing field of emobility. You can effectively leverage your portfolio of projects experience in AsiaPacific in planning and project implementation to managing international teams on large mobility assignments. You want to leverage this experience with Ramboll to strengthen the services we provide for clients like cities and communities worldwide International Financial Institutions governments private developers and Global Investors. You have a drive and set high demands for level of performance for yourself and others while being supportive and serviceminded towards colleagues. You are dedicated to delivering high quality integrated solutions to municipalities developers architects and public agencies. Your Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Based on your experience from planning designing and implementing EMobility projects you will be responsible for providing excellent client service managing a portfolio of international projects in both the public and private sectors with a diverse and changing mix of team members across all our offices collaborating with other international teams within Ramboll and developing custom external partnerships when needed to prepare and pursue opportunities that match our global strategy and best suit the needs of our clients.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Leading EMobility projects and opportunities in the AsiaPacific region for public sector private sector and international financial institution clients
- Focus on developing markets in South East Asia including Indonesia Philippines and Vietnam
- Collaborating with Rambolls global group of EMobility experts in developing this business across geographies
- Pitching ideas and writing high quality proposals via both proactive efforts as well as Request for Proposals (RFPs) within EMobility tailored for clients with different needs
- Execute projects proposal development internal governance and business development for our clients concerned with EMobility
- Develop existing and new client relationships with your extensive network
- Help to drive the development of our growing portfolio of development bank projects
- Participate in conferences with presentations on Rambolls new approaches or stateofthepractice project deliveries within EMobility
Your Qualifications Include:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in urban planning transport planning civil engineering or similar
- 15 years of experience with transport planning/consulting projects
- Significant project experience in EMobility planning policies/strategies and implementation for different types of EVs including cars and buses
- Demonstrated experience working with clients in both private and public sector
- Project management experience related to the transport urban planning industry with a particular focus on Smart Mobility and eMobility
- Client advisor relationshipbuilding experience
- Confident English language skills (written and verbal) including clear spoken and written communication and negotiating skills
- Familiarity with and comfortable using digital solutions platforms and tools
- Willingness to travel and work/communicate with international clients via online collaboration tools for meetings workshops and assignments
