Job Description

You will report to the Client Organization and focus on maximizing client satisfaction and value by strategically analyzing client data identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to optimize the client success process.

Youll have opportunity to be responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to improve client retention engagement and expansion by identifying key metrics and success factors
  • Data Analysis Leverage customer data to identify trends pain points and opportunities for optimization providing actionable insights to the Client Success team
  • Customer Relationship Management Build strong relationships with clients proactively addressing concerns and identifying potential upselling or crossselling opportunities
  • Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements within the client success function to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
  • Performance Monitoring Track client success metrics identifying areas for improvement and reporting on progress to senior management
  • Collaboration Work closely with other departments like sales marketing and product development to ensure seamless customer experience

Qualifications :

25%50% travel

  • Bachelors degree
  • 15 years experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access within the healthcare industry required
  • Provider based background required
  • Healthcare Project Management or Consulting experience
  • Healthcare Revenue Cycle Product Management experience
  • 7 years experience with Salesforce and with Atlassian products Jira (specifically Project Admin expertise) and Confluence experience
  • HFMA and CRCR
