Job Description
Job Title: IAM Specialist
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain IAM solutions including user provisioning authentication and authorization systems.
- Manage identity governance rolebased access controls and security policies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IAMrelated issues to ensure system security and performance.
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and cloud environments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain IAM documentation including policies procedures and workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance IAM strategies and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest IAM technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IAM Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of identity management solutions such as Okta Microsoft Azure AD or SailPoint.
- Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML OAuth and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with directory services (Active Directory LDAP) and cloud security.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet project deadlines.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
