Job Description
SERVICE OWNERSHIP
You will act as the service owner overseeing and managing support and operations for one ore more services in our Active Directory and Entra ID solution architecture. You will have full responsibility for configuration and monitoring of the tenant. Together with our vendors you ensure smooth operation and support and you will develop and implement new concepts and projects with our stakeholders.
STAKEHOLDER AND VENDOR MANAGEMENT
You will ensure transparency regarding the roadmap and initiatives within your area establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the infrastructure department and other IT areas.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
In your area of responsibility you will take full budget ownership for consulting operational services as well as projects. You will plan and be responsible for both the budget and external resources and you ensure compliance with our financial and controlling guidelines at all times.
Qualifications :
University degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Experience as IT Service Owner or similar role in Identity & Access Management
Experience in project and service management
Familiarity with B2E/B2B IAM technologies and processes
Strong problemsolving abilities and can explain complex technical concepts clearly
Highly customeroriented and resultdriven approach
Capability of collaborating in interdisciplinary teams
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2471 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
