Management of vacancies in ATS (Workday)system and timely updating for business reviews
ensuring data accuracy.
Manage job applications received and respond to candidates as per SLAs.
Screening & Shortlisting the relevant candidates as per the requirement.
Ability to evaluate / identify the right candidate with culture / budgetary and behavioural fitment
of the candidate.
Follow endtoend recruitment process and ensure adherence to timelines.
Demonstrate understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to proactively offer solutions
consult with managers on hiring process.
Ensuring candidates with the right information only is screened through the HR rounds.
Demonstrates strong independent thinking and decision making ability.
Strong project management analytical interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
Build and develop knowledge base of Companies Competencies & skills mapping.
Always maintain pipeline for critical/vanilla roles. At any point in time recruiter should have 10
candidates in the pipeline for such roles ensuring the business requirements are met in future.

Hands on in Sourcing and screening candidates using different sourcing strategies Jobboards
social media & digital media GETs Internship Program.
Database Management of positions & candidates and reporting stakeholders of progress with
accuracy.
Keep yourself updated about the knowhow prevalent skills in the industry across all technologies.
Plan Monthly Recruitment meetings with Business Managers for updates & Status.
Present Recruitment progress to HR Manager on recurring basis and share daily Recruitment
trackers.
Prepare Offer Comparators for the candidates and propose to HR Manager for approval.
Rollout offer letters to the candidates and ensure Prejoining formalities are completed.
Keeping the stakeholders informed on the future joiners with a forecast list for all future joiners.
Engage with the offered candidate and ensure regular connect for joining.
Ensure the PreJoining formalities are completed as per timelines provided raise flags in a timely
manner when they not adhered to.
Recruiting employee in Workday system will be an added advantage.
Take up additional responsibility as identified & assigned from the HR Manager as per business
requirements.
Should display Integrity & ownership take responsibility of the tasks assigned.
Should be a good team player.
Experience: 6 10 years in core Recruitment in Engineering/ Software/ Sales / Support teams.
Education Qualification: MBA in HR
