Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to support the growth and development of our employees.As an L&D Manager you will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge.The Retail Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our retail staff. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our employees have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various topics including product knowledge sales techniques and customer service.
- Collaborate with store managers and supervisors to identify training needs and create customized training plans.
- Conduct onthejob training and provide coaching to employees to reinforce learning and improve performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Create and update training materials including manuals presentations and online resources.
- Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Retail Trainer or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners of various skill levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality training programs.
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
