Job Description
- Delivery of effective and up to date learning through a variety of learning events and methods to required delivery standards.
- Deliver learning in line with business needs and priorities.
- Be agile adaptable and creative within your delivery always considering the end user and business requirements
- Evaluate the success of training by assessing the achievement of learning objectives and the success of knowledge transfer.
- Embody our Vision and Values in all delivery.
- Timely reporting of attendance Management of late notice and nonattendance
- Support L&D Managers with content by providing feedback and recommending updates to materials.
- Collaborate with internal business partners in the creation and delivery of learning content.
- Support Training Centre Manager with training administration tasks including use of the LMS (Kallidus)
- National travel and occasional European travel are a requirement of this role.
Qualifications :
- Experience of training delivery
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring coaching onthejob or in classroom training elearning workshops)
- Ability to assess adult learning and development needs in the training environment.
- Understanding of how to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong active listening and critical thinking ability.
- Effective judgement and decision making.
- Ability to plan multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
- Good computer and database skills.
