We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team based on site in Braintree Essex. In this role you will be responsible for providing expert cost management and quantity surveying services for mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects.

- Manage contract administration and procurement processes for M&E works.
- Perform regular cost monitoring and reporting throughout project lifecycle.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure best value for the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts and settlement of contractual claims.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices in M&E quantity surveying.
- Utilize building information modeling (BIM) and 3D models to enhance accuracy and efficiency in quantity takeoff.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Building Services Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 510 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Indepth understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction contracts and procurement methods.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
