Key Responsibilities
- Video Production o Plan and execute video shoots including setting up equipment and managing production. o Edit videos with attention to detail ensuring alignment with campaign goals and platform requirements.
- Content Development o Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create compelling video concepts and storyboards. o Research video trends and apply them to campaigns for maximum audience impact.
- Campaign Support o Ensure timely delivery of video content for social media and ad placements. o Adapt videos for multiple platforms including different aspect ratios and resolutions.
- File Management and Documentation o Maintain a library of edited and raw footage for future use. o Ensure proper documentation of video projects for reference.
- Collaboration and Coordination o Work closely with the Social Media Manager graphic designers and photographers to produce cohesive campaign materials. o Provide onset support including troubleshooting technical issues.
Technical Requirements & KnowHows
- Proficiency in video production equipment (cameras gimbals drones lighting and sound equipment).
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve). Knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g. Adobe After Effects).
- Familiarity with video optimization for social media platforms (e.g. aspect ratios captions and thumbnail design).
- Understanding of color grading transitions and advanced editing techniques.
- Ability to manage video codecs file formats and export settings.
- Basic knowledge of storyboarding and scripting for video production. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timeliness: Deliver at least 95% of video content according to campaign schedules.
- Content Quality: Maintain a 90% approval rate for videos by the Marketing and Social Media teams.
- Engagement: Boost video view rates by 15% and audience engagement by 10% through compelling video content.
- Trend Integration: Incorporate at least 3 new video trends per quarter into campaigns.
- Brand Compliance: Maintain a 100% adherence rate to brand guidelines.
