Job Description
Kounsel is hiring creative Content Creators to produce engaging videos and host interactive livestreams across Instagram TikTok and YouTube. As a promoter of our brand you ll create content that drives engagement builds community and boosts sales.
In addition to an hourly base rate you ll have the chance to earn performancebased bonuses for high engagement and conversions.
Job Type: Contract/Remote
What You ll Do
- Create shortform and longform video content (tutorials behindthescenes product demos and more) to promote Kounsel.
- Host live streams answer audience questions and drive product awareness.
- Build relationships with followers through comments DMs and live interactions.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with campaigns.
- Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
Requirements
- Confident on camera with a natural ability to engage an audience.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience with live streaming and community engagement.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and trends.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred).
Benefits
Compensation & Bonuses
Base Pay: Per hour per minute of video or per video.
Performance Bonuses:
- $1000 at 1M views
- Additional $1000 at 5M views
- $100 per 10K likes
- $100 for the first 1000 comments
- 10% commission for each sale made using your unique promo code
