Sales Operations Analyst
This is a contract opportunity.
This is a hybrid opportunity in San Francisco or New York.
About this Position
Were seeking a strategic and operationsfocused leader to join the Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team. In this role you will drive organizational planning strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Your goal will be to enable revenue growth through datadriven strategies while collaborating with crossfunctional teams such as sales partnerships marketing and HR. This dynamic position requires you to adapt quickly and drive results within a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and improve the planning process including goalsetting project prioritization and headcount planning.
Frame decisions and provide strategic input on scaling the Business Messaging operations.
Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships leadership along with other stakeholders on business initiatives and special projects.
Identify areas for improvement efficiency and collaboration across teams.
Implement and manage gotomarket strategies ensuring alignment across functions.
Combine data analytics and qualitative insights to make strategic recommendations.
Lead and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to executive leadership tracking progress on goals and priorities.
Drive leadership meetings to align on opportunities and resolve key challenges.
Skills/Requirements
6 years of experience in strategic planning and business operations ideally in technology messaging or enterprise SaaS.
Proven experience leading strategy operations and process improvement projects in a crossfunctional environment.
Strong leadership and influencing skills with experience working at all levels of an organization.
Expertise in analyzing sales revenue pipeline reporting and presenting business insights to leadership.
Highly organized detailoriented and resultsdriven with commercial acumen.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets PowerPoint/Slides and related tools.
Ability to multitask balance priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
