Responsibilities: As a Year 4 Teacher you will be responsible for planning delivering and assessing lessons ensuring that the children in your class are fully engaged and progressing well. You will work closely with other teachers to maintain high standards and share best practices.

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Year 4 curriculum.
  • Assess and track student progress and set clear learning goals.
  • Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment where all students can succeed.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to develop creative curriculum ideas and resources.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents and communicate effectively about students progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 students
  • Excellent understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students parents and colleagues
