What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering Outstanding Lessons: Plan teach and assess engaging lessons in a variety of subjects ensuring that the curriculum is delivered in a fun and inspiring way that encourages student participation and progression.
• Creating an Inclusive Learning Environment: Foster an environment where all students feel confident supported and motivated. Youll differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of each child ensuring every student reaches their potential.
• Collaborating with a Strong Team: Work with other teachers and staff to share ideas plan crosscurricular projects and ensure consistency and high standards across the school.
• Building Positive Relationships with Families: Communicate regularly with parents and carers sharing updates on student progress and helping to build a supportive partnership in each childs learning journey.

We are looking for a professional with:

• Passion for Teaching: A strong desire to inspire young learners and create a love for learning in every child you teach.
• Experience in KS2: Previous experience in KS2 ideally with knowledge of the primary curriculum and a proven ability to engage students in creative and effective learning.
• Team Player: A collaborative attitude able to work well with colleagues share ideas and support others to achieve common goals.
• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with students parents and colleagues creating positive and supportive relationships.
• Commitment to Excellence: A proactive attitude towards professional development and a strong desire to continually improve teaching practice.
