An esteemed Independent School is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Religious Education Teacher to join its faculty. The Role
- Deliver engaging and thoughtprovoking Religious Education lessons covering world faiths ethics and philosophy.
- Foster critical thinking and meaningful discussion encouraging students to explore religious and moral questions.
- Use innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement including technologyenhanced learning and interactive activities.
- Support the wider school ethos through extracurricular activities such as philosophy clubs faith discussion groups and community projects.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and refine the Religious Education curriculum.
The Ideal Candidate
- A wellqualified and passionate Religious Education specialist with experience teaching at secondary level.
- Strong academic background in Religious Studies Theology or Philosophy.
- An engaging teaching style that inspires curiosity and independent thinking.
- A commitment to supporting students intellectual and personal development.
- Experience in an independent or highachieving school environment is desirable but not essential.
