Strong Program management experience across Run and Change
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee and manage large account ensuring the delivery of highquality services and solutions to clients.
- Program Management: Lead and manage multiple programs ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Solutioning: Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients team members and senior management.
- Transformation Programs: Drive and manage transformation programs ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
- Support Programs: Oversee support programs bring in stability and drive automation ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver value.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation encouraging the development and implementation of new ideas and technologies.
Minimum Mandatory Skills:
- Strong program management skills
- Excellent solutioning capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience Level:
- Extensive experience in managing large accounts and leading programs
- Proven track record of delivering successful transformation and support programs
