Tasks

We are seeking a handson Lead Developer / Engineering Lead who will work directly with our Head of Product. This role is not just about managementits a fullstack developer position where you will actively write code own the solution architecture and guide your team through every stage of the development process. You will manage the backlog break down highlevel epics into detailed tasks and assign work to developers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Backlog Management

• Collaborate with Product: Work closely with the Head of Product to understand refine and translate product epics into actionable development tasks.
• Task Breakdown: Decompose highlevel epics into clear manageable tasks with defined acceptance criteria and estimates.
• Backlog Ownership: Maintain and prioritize the development backlog ensuring tasks are welldefined and aligned with business objectives.

2. HandsOn FullStack Development

• Active Coding: Write highquality maintainable code for both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js JavaScript/TypeScript) solutions ensuring you set an example for the team.
• Solution Architecture: Evaluate current systems propose architectural improvements and implement new technology stacks that support our product vision.

3. Collaboration & Process Management

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary connection between the development team and product leadership clearly communicating technical decisions progress and tradeoffs.
• Lead by Example: Act as a technical role model by actively contributing code while mentoring team members on best practices and emerging technologies.
• Agile Practices: Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning daily standups retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Requirements

Your talent & profile

FullStack Development Expertise: Proven track record in building productiongrade web applications using React and Node.js (with JavaScript/TypeScript). You must be comfortable writing code and reviewing it as part of your daily work.

CI/CD & DevOps Proficiency: Strong handson experience with CI/CD pipelines automated deployments and containerization.

Solution Architectural Expertise: Deep understanding of software architecture design patterns and scalable system design principles.

Educational Background: A degree in software engineering or a comparable field or equivalent professional experience.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English C1 level or higher) with the ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical

Working Style: Highly flexible selfmotivated and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
