Job Description
What would you do
- Ultimate responsible for the technical aspects of the squad.
- Develop strategies and initiatives focused on quality growth for the team both in product and technical aspects.
- Lead the team in regular ceremonies such as daily standups preplanning planning sessions etc.
- Develop measure and manage team performance metrics.
- Provide visibility into the teams status progress risks and needs.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and scalable technical solutions.
- Be the source of problemsolving among team members and act as a communication bridge between the team and others.
- Foster a collaborative work environment based on honesty and good communication.
- Influence team members positively.
- Empower team members to take ownership of their product processes and outcomes.
- Is in charge of the teams relationships with stakeholders is able to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and handles tech vs nontech tradeoffs proficiently.
Your experience has been shaped by
- 4 years in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript (Must) and 3 years in a leadership role with teams of 10 members.
- AWS experience with Configurations CloudWatch (must) and strong management from the services side.
- Understanding of advanced concepts in software design clean code microservices design design patterns unit testing and SOLID principles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects under various constraints.
- Experience implementing and refining agile methodologies in a team setting.
- Experience in conflict resolution and team motivation.
