Job Description

What would you do

  • Ultimate responsible for the technical aspects of the squad.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives focused on quality growth for the team both in product and technical aspects.
  • Lead the team in regular ceremonies such as daily standups preplanning planning sessions etc.
  • Develop measure and manage team performance metrics.
  • Provide visibility into the teams status progress risks and needs.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and scalable technical solutions.
  • Be the source of problemsolving among team members and act as a communication bridge between the team and others.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment based on honesty and good communication.
  • Influence team members positively.
  • Empower team members to take ownership of their product processes and outcomes.
  • Is in charge of the teams relationships with stakeholders is able to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and handles tech vs nontech tradeoffs proficiently.

Your experience has been shaped by

  • 4 years in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript (Must) and 3 years in a leadership role with teams of 10 members.
  • AWS experience with Configurations CloudWatch (must) and strong management from the services side.
  • Understanding of advanced concepts in software design clean code microservices design design patterns unit testing and SOLID principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects under various constraints.
  • Experience implementing and refining agile methodologies in a team setting.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and team motivation.
