Housekeeping Lead
As Housekeeping Lead you are a multitasking resourceful and detailoriented professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment. You are passionate about maintaining high standards in cleanliness organization and guest satisfaction. You embrace change and enjoy taking on different responsibilities to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations.
Lead and supervise housekeeping teams across different properties ensuring high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to guarantee they meet brand quality and hygiene standards.
Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety guidelines.
Support the Operations Manager & Room Supervisor in maintaining the overall presentation of rooms and shared spaces.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to address and resolve any facilityrelated issues promptly.
Ensure all rooms are ready clean and available for checkin at the end of the housekeeping shift.
Ensure guests receive a welcoming and seamless experience by maintaining wellprepared rooms and common areas.
Address guest concerns and special requests related to housekeeping in a timely and professional manner.
Support front desk operations by verifying room readiness before checkins and collaborating on special arrangements.
Ensure that all guests are properly guided to their rooms as part of hospitality protocols.
Monitor and manage housekeeping inventory ensuring proper stock levels of cleaning supplies linens and amenities.
Ensure housekeeping teams follow protocols for laundry lost & found and waste management.
Implement costeffective strategies for resource utilization while maintaining service quality.
Maintain and update housekeeping records including cleaning schedules inspection reports and maintenance requests.
Ensure all operational issues are documented in the logbook and communicated to the relevant departments.
Assist in balancing operational budgets controlling costs and optimizing workforce efficiency.
Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Management Team handling guest complaints problemsolving and ensuring operational continuity.
Previous experience in housekeeping leadership roles within hotels hostels or hospitality settings.
Strong ability to manage teams train staff and enforce cleaning standards.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
Handson approach with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) is a plus.
