As QA Engineering Lead (m/f/d) your work will be a critical part of accomplishing this mission.You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing testing strategies mentoring a talented team of QA engineers and ensuring seamless highquality releases. Your Key Responsibilities:

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for web and mobile applications across various platforms.
• Perform manual and automated testing ensuring functionality performance and security.
• Utilize modern testing tools (e.g. Selenium Appium Postman Cypress) for efficient test coverage.
• Document and prioritize defects collaborating with Development and Product Teams for resolution.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Manage team workloads and ensure timely delivery of testing outcomes.
• Promote a culture of innovation and accountability within the team.

Release and Delivery:

• Oversee QA processes to ensure highquality software releases.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline release workflows and mitigate risks.

Agile Development and Delivery:

• Integrate QA processes into Agile workflows and participate in sprint activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in software QA including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Demonstrated expertise in testing both web and mobile applications including proficiency in automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium Appium Cypress).
• Strong knowledge of Agile development and delivery processes including familiarity with Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency in QA and related tools such as JIRA TestRail or similar test management systems.
• Handson experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CircleCI).
• Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python Java JavaScript).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in QA (e.g. ISTQB CSTE)
• Experience in performance and security testing using tools like JMeter OWASP ZAP or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and Microservices architecture testing.
