Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage petty cash and site expenses.
  • Maintain accurate financial records of purchases payments and transactions.
  • Process payroll for site workers and ensure timely disbursement of wages.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly expense reports to the head office.
  • Verify and track supplier and subcontractor payments.
  • Ensure proper documentation of invoices receipts and financial records.
  • Assist with procurement and material cost tracking.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure budget control.

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration or related field.
  • 35 years of experience as an Accountant (construction industry experience is an advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and bookkeeping principles.
  • Ability to maintain accurate financial records and handle cash responsibly.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and adapt to project needs.
