Overview:
The role of Site Accountant is crucial to the organizations financial operations at a specific site or location. The Site Accountant will be responsible for overseeing monthly billing and collection of society dues from residents and presenting the MIS and Update to the Society Management team from time to time including total collection due and previous unpaid amounts from residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all the Billings Accounting are done on timely basis for all the assigned clients.
- Ensure to do TDS on timely basis& send 16A on regular basis to clients.
- Ensure to provide GST workings on timely basis & assist GST Team if required.
- Ensure to do Balance Sheet for all the assigned clients half yearly if requested by clients or annually on timely basis.
- Responsible for Balance Sheet follow up with CA & coordinate with Societies.
- To remind societies about Audit Rectification Offline & Online submission after the Balance Sheet is done.
- To Follow up with compliance team & get the AR Submission done.
- Ensure to send clients the Copies of documents submitted to dept.
- Ensure to intimate Society about ITR filings if done by CA to liaison with them & send the details the acknowledgment after the filing is done.
- Correspondence with Society Managers Committee Members (physical /email) Society members.
