Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Supply Chain Management Executive:
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support for daily operations system issues and logistics challenges reported by regional sales branches.
- Measure and analyze supply chain performance indicators such as cost service quality and productivity to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop project proposals and lead initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of global supply chain projects across regional sales branches.
- Plan and conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance supply chain knowledge and motivate sales and logistics personnel.
- Research and integrate new operational strategies based on emerging technologies and global trade trends.
- Assist in executing contingency plans for supply chain disruptions including natural disasters and capacity constraints.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- Prior experience in supply chain management and operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment as both a team player and an independent contributor.
- Strong analytical skills with a logical and critical thinking approach to problemsolving.
- Proficient in presentation and facilitation skills with experience in leading change and managing projects.
- Adaptability a positive attitude and a proactive mindset towards problemsolving and change management.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4200 AWS VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Yishun
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:15am 5:30pm
