Are you a passionate and dedicated Physics Teacher seeking a rewarding role in a supportive secondary school environment A thriving secondary school in Dorking Surrey is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Physics Teacherto join their successful Science department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed Physics Teacher to inspire students and contribute to a school with a strong commitment to STEM education. The successful Physics Teacher will play a key role in developing students understanding of the physical world and their scientific inquiry skills.

What Were Looking For:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of Physics and a commitment to providing highquality science education. The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified teacher (holding QTS or equivalent).
- Experienced in teaching Physics at Key Stage 3 Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (ALevel Physics).
- Passionate about Physics and able to inspire students of all abilities.
- An excellent classroom practitioner with strong behavior management skills.
- Committed to raising student achievement and fostering a love of science and scientific inquiry.
- A collaborative team player who is willing to contribute to the wider school community.
- Dedicated to their own professional development.
- A brilliant Physics Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3 4 and 5.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attainment and progress.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom/laboratory environment that promotes scientific inquiry experimentation and problemsolving.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department and across the school.
- Contribute to the development of the Physics curriculum and resources.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of laboratory equipment and materials.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
- Adhere to the schools safeguarding policies.
