About the ALevel Maths Teacher Role:
As an ALevel Maths Teacher at you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students. You will be responsible for teaching ALevel Maths to motivated and highachieving students fostering their love of the subject and preparing them for success in their further education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging ALevel Maths lessons that cater to a range of learning styles.
- Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment where students feel confident to explore complex mathematical concepts.
- Assess and monitor student progress in ALevel Maths providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Contribute to the development of the ALevel Maths curriculum and departmental resources.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of Maths teaching.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Experience teaching ALevel Maths.
- A strong understanding of the UK curriculum and ALevel exam specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for Maths and a commitment to inspiring students.
