This is a key position based in Dublin and reporting to the Regional Account Manager with specific responsibility for managing our Workspace Management function (Hard & Soft Service)in the Dublin Office.
Your primary focus will be to ensure these services are delivered in accordance with contractual KPIs prioritising an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Site management for hard and soft service delivery on the client Head Office Building inclusive of Cleaning Workplace Experience Waste management Cleaning Security Events and Technical Services
Support the UK&I Cluster Manager with preparation and management of workspace operating and capital expenditure budgets
Direct line management of the allocated teams accountable for performance management development and engagement across the site
Development and implementation of workspace policies in line with the global workspace group
Supporting the UK&I Cluster Manager & Workplace PM teams with office specific projects
A single point of contact for all operational inquiries ensuring streamlined communication and efficient issue resolution
Performance management develop train and ensure efficient utilisation of our outsourced FM partners through robust governance and reporting
Ensure delivery of FM programmes including preventative and reactive maintenance lifecycle requirements and service level agreements
Implement and manage H&S procedures working with the HSQA team to deliver a healthy and safe working environment
Implement green initiatives such as energysaving programs and recycling policies
Engaging with client and key stakeholders effectively communicating the business message and identifying and delivering efficiency opportunities
Ensure ethical business practices are in place for all workspace team members and supply chain
Drive and deliver continuous improvement and innovations across the site
Education Qualifications & Experience:
A selfstarter able to work on their autonomously and drive results
Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Membership of the IPFMA BIFM or other professional body NEBOSH or IOSH qualified
5 years experience in facilities management with 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and external vendors
