Job Description
Lead Commissioning Team: Responsible for achieving Mechanical Completion including Pre
commissioning and handing over the facility to the client after PGTR.
working with Client (IOCL) in commissioning startup and performance testing to meet production and
contractual objectives.
Develop an execution plan and define activities for both the home office and Site Execution phases to meet efficiently
project objectives.
Contract Review: Analyze contracts and identify potential risks that could affect commissioning and startup
activities.
Schedule Development: Work with the project scheduler to develop and manage precommissioning
commissioning startup and completion schedules.
Energization Plan: Develop an energization strategy coordinating with statutory authority for required
compliances.
Client Relationship: Maintain positive collaborative relationships with the client and stakeholders.
Location of Posting: Initial position will be at Gurgaon office and move to the project site at Barauni.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in at least three major oil & gas or chemical process projects with expertise in
commissioning and startup.
Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with project managers effectively engineers and
clients.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work across various discipline groups.
Fluent in English (multilanguage skills are a plus).
Strong leadership skills to manage a commissioning team and work collaboratively with stakeholders
