We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Camden to assist with the appointment of a Commissioning manager on a 3month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 24.59 31.37 per Hour

Responsibilities:
- To coproduce commissioning solutions with residents providers and colleagues across health and care recognising the key role of residents in the design and delivery of commissioned services
- To lead effective quality assurance processes ensuring continuous service improvement across care and support at home services in Camden
- To drive forward Camdens What Matters strengthbased approach within care and support at home working in partnership with stakeholders to ensure that services are fit for the future and delivered in a way that promotes independence
- To coordinate a number of pilot projects to support the care and support at home providers to trial new ways of working and learn what works best in Camden and use this to inform our future commissioning.
Qualifications:
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent a professional qualification in health or social care would be desirable
- Have experience of working collaboratively and in partnerships across adult social care to deliver improved outcomes for residents and/ or continuous service improvement
- Have experience of writing and presenting reports to inform others about relevant issues and recommend appropriate future action

- This role requires a basic DBS
