Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including filing recordkeeping and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings appointments and schedules for management and project teams.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with HRrelated tasks such as maintaining employee records and supporting recruitment processes.
- Process and track time attendance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with vendors subcontractors and clients as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to all departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role preferably within the construction or related industry.
- Excellent organizational time management and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Preferred:
- Experience working in the construction sector.
- Familiarity with administrative processes in a projectbased environment.
