The Accounting and Finance Manager will oversee the accounting and finance department ensuring
compliance with local standards managing budgets and providing strategic financial insights. This role involves leading
audits implementing internal controls and collaborating across teams to support the companys global logistics operations.
The Challenges
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the accounting and finance department.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with Thailand accounting standards.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process including variance analysis and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay up to date on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee Treasury & Payable Sections and ensure accurate reporting & cash management.
- Budget process & Reporting
- Ensure compliance & enforcement of company procedures related for Finance & Accounts.
- Internal control by accounting & operations department.
- Carrying out any other request made by reporting manager.
What It Takes
- Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or a related field. CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance roles with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Previous experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Thailand accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Proven leadership abilities and team management experience.
