Acting as a single point of contact on HR processes including talent management performance management associate development people experience recruitment and compensation in the area of responsibility
Responsible for providing HR guidance to all associates within their defined scope
Collaborate with leaders to understand the organizations strategic goals and objectives and support to develop a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the business strategy
Implement talent management programs including performance management succession planning and career development initiatives
Consulting leaders and associates regarding career development including rotations international assignments and performance management
Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business
Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices
Initiating developing and implementing HR processes
Consulting managers in application of HR processes and engagement activities
Ensuring the execution and delivery of HR activities in an effective and efficient manner
Drives HR agenda in close partnership with Business Unit
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in social sciences psychology industrial engineering or business administration with a major in HR
Excellent command of both speaking and writing in Turkish and English
Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships influence stakeholders at all levels and manage conflicts
Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data to drive strategic decisionmaking
Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business goals into HR initiatives
