Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (English Speaking) you will provide toptier support across email and live chat ensuring customer satisfaction. You ll handle inquiries resolve concerns and troubleshoot account issues with professionalism. Your role involves delivering accurate information assisting with cryptocurrency transactions and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Your Daily Tasks
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email live chat and phone.
  • Assist customers with accountrelated issues technical troubleshooting and general inquiries about cryptocurrency products and services.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding cryptocurrency trading security measures and account management procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions while adhering to established service protocols and guidelines.
  • Consistently strive to exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service preferably in finance or ecommerce.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese is required.
  • Strong integrity attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and handle pressure professionally.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends as required.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and a positive attitude toward the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency is highly desirable.
